On-call interventions

These are non-binding contracts for the client because they provide for service action only in cases of overt necessity.

Activation on Demand

  • Interventions are required when a failure or malfunction occurs.
  • They can be activated by phone, email or by entering a request for action using our “LINKMED TICKET SERVICE” app.
Types of Intervention
  • Repairs: Correction of faults and malfunctions.
  • Replacements: Change of defective components (upon customer acceptance of the quotation)
